Substance/Radiance is proud to be recognized as one of the 50 Best Workplaces in Canada for a third consecutive year. According to an independent study conducted by Great Place to Work, Substance/Radiance ranked 47th in the category of businesses with 50 to 100 employees. Furthermore, the Pointe-Sainte-Charles agency was also named a top 10 best workplaces in Quebec among companies with 100 employees or fewer.
“It’s an honour to be named one of the best workplaces year after year, an award that, in a sense, can be considered our employees’ way of showing their appreciation and dedication. Given that this marks the third year in a row that our team has recognized our efforts and commitment to growth, this designation is extremely meaningful,” says Guillaume Brunet, Substance/Radiance’s president and founder.
The study’s results demonstrate that 93% of respondents felt their ideas were heard and, in many instances, even harnessed by the leadership team. “Being attentive to your team is one of the most optimal ways to create dialogue and build trust. It’s the best tool at our disposal for solidifying our position as one of the best places to work in Canada,” adds Brunet.
One of the leadership team’s top priorities is to foster a creative, open, and welcoming workplace culture. As such, they take steps to improve the workplace for all employees. Not only does Substance/Radiance continually strive to be a catalyst for success for both its clients and employees, but also for its community by supporting several meaningful causes through financial aid and knowledge exchange initiatives.
